Trinidad is one of the most vibrant and energetic countries in the world, and during its very famous Carnival, it is certainly the only place to be. In Port-Of-Spain, the business capital of the country, development is moving at an exceptionally rapid pace due to the growing petroleum and natural gas industry. Broadgate Place will be a mixed-use project with more than 45,000 square meters of Retail, Entertainment, Dining and Offices in the heart of the downtown. Occupying nearly an entire city block, Broadgate Place benefits from an extraordinary location- more than 400,000 residents arrive each day at the transit station across the street from the development!

The architecture for the project is a bold interpretation of the new face of Trinidad- daring, forward looking, and distinctly contemporary. It’s striking forms will create a powerful silhouette for the growing skyline in Port Of Spain.

The conceptual design work, including planning and all architectural renderings were produced in an intensive 3 day design charrette session following an initial site visit!
